Over the years we have added to this capability by investing and successfully developing our systems and staff capability to handle the FIT /Individual traveler. Due to the diversity of our customers, our incoming department is structured into small focused units so as to look after the different market specificity and needs. The FIT and group divisions are of course separated so as to give to our clients the personalized service and individual attention. These units are of course supported by the resources of the whole organization which provides them the financial stability, consistent service, rich experience.
