Description

Day 1:    Mauritius/Hong Kong
Departure from Mauritius to Hong Kong. Meals and drinks onboard.

Day 2:    Hong Kong/Shenzhen
Arrive at Hong Kong, transit and departure for Shenzhen. Welcome and transfer to Century Plaza hotel (4*). In the evening, dinner in a local restaurant.

Day 3:    Shenzhen/Kunming
Breakfast buffet. Transfer to the airport and fly to Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province. Visit to the west hill. Accommodation at Golden Dragon (4*) hotel or similar. (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner are included)

Day 4:    Kunming
Breakfast buffet. Departure by the road to Shilin, for a walk in the famous Stone Forest, a spectacular maze of several thousand hectares fossilized according to geologists; there are over 250 million years. Continue to Jianshui, visit the home of the Zhu family, model home between classical courtyards, pavilions carved wood and chiseled gardens. Walk through the narrow streets of the old city in late the afternoon. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

Day 5:    Kunming/Dali
Breakfast buffet. Transfer to the airport and fly to Dali, old step on the Silk Road. Road to the village of Zhengcheng, the most important of the Bai community and visit a batik making workshop. Visit the temple of the Three Pagodas that dominates the city and the lake of the 16 floors. Breakfast. In the afternoon, boat ride on the lake Erhai gripped the heart of the beautiful scenery of Cangshan Mountains (4092 m) with a stop on the Jinsuo Island and its beautiful temple of the Golden Shuttle. Then stroll through the narrow streets of the old town. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included) at the hotel. Accommodation at Asia Star (4 * ) hotel or similar.

Day 6:    Dali/Lijiang
Breakfast buffet. Departure by bus Lijiang city. Onthe way visit to a village of the Bai ethnic community. You will see the Yunnan ethnic diversity through their costumes, weaving techniques and musical instruments. You will attend a cultural show and a tea ceremony. Arrive in Lijiang, tour of the old town of Dayan, the Black Dragon Pond. Then visit the museum of Dongba culture that preserves the shamanic traditions of the Naxi. Accommodation at Jiannanchu (4*) hotel or similar. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included).

Day 7 :    Lijiang
Breakfast buffet. Walk through its engraving landscapes: placid waters, delicate marble bridge, houses dominated by the snowy silhouette of Jade Dragon Mount. Then visit to Yu Hu villages and Basha Naxi minority village. Visit the Museum of Dongba culture that preserves the shamanic traditions of Naxi.

Day 8:    Lijiang/Chengdu
Breakfast buffet. Transfer to the airport and fly to Chengdu.Visit to Wenzhu and Du Fu academy. Accommodation to Si Chuan hotel (4*) or similar. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
                   
Day 9 :    Chengdu
Breakfast buffet. Visit to the reserve of the Giant pandas to learn all on these big black and white bears Chinese symbol of nature protection. Also visit the Sanxingdui Museum, remarkable archaeological treasure (bronze statues, gold-covered masks, jade objects.

Day 10:    Chengdu/Shanghai
Breakfast buffet. Transfer to the airport and fly to Shanghai. Visit of the metropolis
that is unlike any other Chinese city. Walk on the Bund Waitan at the edge of the
Huangpu River, bordered on one side by a row of colonial buildings built in the
years 1893 and continuation in Nanjing Road, the most famous of China, which
includes all the cultural and commercial activities. Strolling through the old city of
astonishing contrasts, pause a few moments in the tea house and in the garden of
the Mandarin Yu

Day 11:    Shanghai
Breakfast buffet. Day free. (Only Breakfast is included)

Day 12:    Shanghai/Hangzhou
Breakfast buffet. Departure in a comfortable coach for Hangzhou. Arrive at  Hangzhou. Visit the Temple of
Ling Yin west lake, the Huang gang Six Harmonies pagoda. Night at Hangzhou. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner
included) Accommodation at Zhejiang (4*) hotel or similar.

Day 13: Hangzhou/Canton/Zhaoqing
Breakfast buffet. Transfer to the airport and fly to Canton. Arrive at Canton, transfer in a comfortable and air-conditioned bus for Zhaoqing. Visit to the seven stars lake, the Dinghu mount and the Ancestral temple of Foshan. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

Day 14:    Canton
Breakfast. Departure in a comfortable and air-conditioned bus to Canton. Visit of Canton city : visit to the Memorial Hall of Dr Sun Yat Sen, the Statue of the Five Rams, the Temple of the Chen Clan and Shangxiajiu Street.
       
Day 15:    Canton
Breakfast buffet. The tour ends at Canton today. We can make bookings for those who want  to go to
Meixian, Hong Kong or return to Mauritius.
